Returns & Refunds Policy
Welcome to our gallery of wooden furniture, home decor, and gifts! We’re committed to ensuring you’re delighted with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods, such as food or flowers
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
How to Return an Item
To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made more than 3 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to appear.
- Contact your bank—there might be some processing time.

Sale Items
Please note, only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@fabode.co.in and send your item to Sabri Manzil, Atish Bazan, Saharanpur, UP, 247001.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return an item, mail it to: Sabri Manzil, Atish Bazan, Saharanpur, UP, 247001.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
